If you want to see something truly impressive and taste some world class Belgian style beers go check out @heyjoebrewingco in Franschoek. Especially interesting is their 1961 copper brew house imported all the way from Belgium. Obviously no expense is spared in creating a true artisan product. This here is their Blond - easy drinking Belgian style. Soft bitterness, medium bodied, with malty aromas interlaced with hints of pear, gooseberry and cloves. Cheers!

@soulbarrelbrewing and its founder Nick Smith (Franschoek) make some incredible beer. This 'Cape Cone' Southern Lights IPA is brewed with 100% South African hops. It exhibits a world of South African hop flavours and is bursting with refreshing pine, berry and stone fruit flavours and aromas. Nick also makes some crazy wild ferment beers that we can't wait to get our hands on. Cheers!
